Two routes to the airport
Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV) is the closest airport to Didim. Measured on OpenStreetMap data, there are two sensible routes from Didim town centre: the short 61.1 km route past Akbük along the Kazıklı road on the Güllük gulf, and the 76.3 km route along Lake Bafa on the D525 towards Milas, joining the D330 to the airport. The short road is twistier; the Milas road is longer but wider. Which one is quicker depends on the time of day.
